Our Mission

We intend to create general awareness on legal issues which are usually confronted by business enterprises, operating in India. This website is designed to be a first aid kit for Indian business houses to show them the way and help them understand the legal remedies for corporate hurdles.

We intend to supplement the endeavors of the legal fraternity in general, by educating the general corporate public about their rights, remedies and government policies.
